The home is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for short getaways or extended stays, whether for families or groups of friends. We recommend having a car, as the house is located on a hill.

The common areas offer a safe, family-friendly atmosphere, with spacious areas to unwind, read, or spend time with your family. The pool is kept clean and in good condition, making it one of the amenities most highly rated by our guests.
A pleasant and peaceful setting that perfectly complements your stay, ideal for those seeking comfort, rest, and a communal space to relax during their vacation.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
On the morning of your arrival, we’ll provide you with the code for the key box, along with all the necessary instructions for easy, hassle-free access.
☕ Welcome amenities:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find complimentary coffee capsules, water, and toilet paper, so you can get settled in comfortably right away.
🚗 Parking:
The complex does not have private parking.
Street parking is available; it’s free and generally easy to find in the surrounding area.
🤝 Availability and Assistance:
We are available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for any questions, assistance, or needs that may arise during your stay.
Our goal is to offer you a comfortable, straightforward, and worry-free experience, combining independence, peace of mind, and professional service whenever you need it.
* NO parties allowed.
* NO smoking inside the apartment or on the terrace.
* NO drugs or any illegal substances.
* Unregistered guests are not allowed without prior notification.
* Do not damage the property, furniture, or appliances (any damage will be deducted from the security deposit).
* Only plastic cups are allowed in the pool area.
* If you notice any unusual situation or damage, please notify the owner as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement.
* The replacement cost for a lost key is 80€. (Please notify us as soon as possible to request a replacement.)
* Check out on time, before 11:00 a.m.
* Keep the apartment clean and remove all trash before check-out.
* Respect community rules in the common areas and inside the apartment (pool area, gardens, noise levels).
* Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not in the apartment.
* Do not leave the doors open if the A/C is on.
* The BBQ must be clean at the end of your stay (it must be returned in the same condition as it was at check-in); otherwise, a charge of 40e will be applied after check-out
* The oven must be cleaned at the end of your stay; otherwise, a charge of 30e will be applied.
