Inside, the condo offers a spacious living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and comfortable sleeping arrangements including a king bed and double beds. Enjoy movie nights with the DVD player and library, or spend time together with board games and pool. Central air conditioning and WiFi ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Things to Know

All Oceana Resorts guests receive free mini golf before 7 PM at Lost Mine Miniature Golf (seasonal, March–October). Guests also receive access to the Free Attraction Ticket Program, which includes one complimentary ticket from up to three local partners per reservation, with additional tickets available for purchase.

Seasonal programs include children’s activities from mid-June through mid-August, featuring crafts, pool games, and more, as well as winter snowbird activities from early January through mid-March, including games, crafts, field trips, and social events such as Waffle Wednesday gatherings and a Wine & Cheese reception.

Guests also enjoy free DVD rentals during their stay. Bay Watch Resort features 18 bodies of water, including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers, daily breakfast at Bay Watch Café, Sandtrap Sports Bar, and Fishtails, a seasonal pool bar with live entertainment. A convenient gift shop is also located onsite.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
