The Reserve is a charming, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood next to Holiday Landing Marina and Tims Ford Lake. With 2 spacious king bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs, this home is perfect for multiple families. The upgraded kitchen boasts a custom-built island with seating for 10. You’ll find all of the appliances and cookware needed to prepare family meals. Relax in the living room full of comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Sip your coffee on the screened porch and gaze at the beautiful wooded vista behind the home. Enjoy the gas fireplace and Smart TV. A Blackstone gas griddle is located off of the screen porch.
Upstairs, you will find 2 lovely queen bedrooms and a bunk room. The bunk room includes a twin over double bunk bed.
