About this house rental
Experience lakeside charm at your cozy cabin on Tim`s Ford Lake! Enjoy wonderful views from the covered porch or back patio with friends and family, soak in the hot tub, grill out, and dock your boat right at your doorstep. -TVA begins pulling the water level down in November to winter level. November-March you will not be able to pull a boat into the slip, but you can still go to the dock and water for activities.
Located in the Cline Ridge neighborhood that is very peaceful. The neighbors are great and it has great water access at this property. We do ask to be mindful of loud music or yelling out of respect for neighbors.
1 bathroom has been remodeled, the other two bathrooms are not updated with a modern look. Please note there is a grassy incline between the home and the dock. You will have to walk up and down the incline to get to the dock and back to the home. The home is an older style cabin and has not been fully renovated.
In the living area downstairs there is a garage door on one wall.
The stairs in the home are original and some step risers may be of slightly different length.
