Whether you seek solace by the water, outdoor adventures, or spirited indoor games, this haven caters to your every desire. Embark on a journey of relaxation, connection, and play.
-Game Room-Pacman Arcade with 12 games, Foosball Table, and TV all while having views of the lake.
-Dock is on an outparcel and not connected to the home. It`s about a 30second to 1min drive to the dock.
-Fish Food is available at the dock- Kids love feeding and seeing the fish!
-1-2 miles from Tim`s Ford Dam and Elk River where you can enjoy trout fishing and other species.
-Minutes to Jack Daniel`s Distillery and Tim`s Ford State Park
-Property has seasonal water. TVA will begin reducing water levels in October and will return to normal levels in May. During this time the dock will not be accessible with a boat and no swimming off the dock during this timeframe. The dock will become steep and sitting on the dock may not be an option November-April. You can still sit and relax, fish, or kayak at the waters edge.
Golf cart not available during winter months November-February
Slip is not available as the owners keep their boat at the dock.

-No smoking in the home!
-Parking in the driveway only, no parking in the grass or the road
-Maximum of 6 vehicles in the driveway
-This home is not a good fit if you are expecting to do a lot of partying. Our home is in a very quiet rural neighborhood that allows short term rentals but we want to respect our neighbors and our home.

What a treat for our first trip to Tim’s Ford lake. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the short golf cart ride to the dock that added a little adventure to getting on the water. We kept our boat on the side of the dock without any issues. The views from the second floor balcony are awesome. More than enough space for the four adults and two kids that filled the home. We spent the majority of time on the screened in porch but plenty of space to lounge inside if it isn’t for summer or bad weather. Great the grill was just off the side of the kitchen as well. Highly recommend - we plan on returning next summer.

The home was just as pictured online. The layout was great for our family! It was very open & felt very spacious! Check in & check out was super easy! We would rent this home again!
