From start to finish, this rental experience was great. Great communication that was quickly responded to. The house was very well equipped and spacious enough for us to comfortably host family meals with 12 of our Jack Daniels work family. We will definitely look at renting this home for future Jack Daniels visits.

Short stroll/drive to the lake, this place is in a great location! With a pool and plenty of beds, it’s great for a small group gathering. Host was very helpful, and the house was clean and well-stocked.

Let me start by saying, the owner Jim was fantastic! Communication was great. He was so accommodating and friendly.
What we LOVED -
•Huge huge kitchen! Which was fantastic for our large group
•The private inground swimming pool was a hit, especially if you have littles! (It is chilly though)
•Spacious home with room for everyone.. the teens LOVED the basement area for playing ping pong and card games
•Very kid friendly! Gates on all stairs. Pack n play and high chair provided
•Loved the giant porches, fire pit and having a grill.
Few things we didn’t love -
•It was not easy if you’re bringing your own boat, especially a large pontoon. The driveway is very tight and hard to maneuver
•The couches were… very, very small and uncomfortable. I think something like a large sectional would be a huge improvement.
•All beds except master were bunks, and kind of an awkward set up.
•Kitchen wasn’t as stocked as we had hoped.. little things like measuring cups were missing.
•The doors (one of which you use often to go to and from pool) has two door handles. One is the keypad and the other is a normal handle. But you have to press both down at the same time. So that became a huge pain especially if your arms were full!
Overall - I would recommend this home! Maybe bring extra supplies for cooking. Know that the seating arrangements in the house are not ideal and bring some of your own comfy camping chairs. And rent a boat so you don’t have to worry about the lack of space issue.

James was very friendly and responsive. I was never waiting excessively for a response to any questions or issues. The house is excellent, with plenty of options between relaxing at the lake and the pool or visiting local sights and attractions. We never even turned on any TVs in the five days we were there.
The only con to the house is that it's not directly on the lake. It's a little walk to get to the dock. However, the walk was nice and not too far of a distance.
