Inside has arcade games, shuffleboard, foosball, & tons of board games! Cozy up by 3 fireplaces or enjoy the deck w/lake views and fire pit. Big open sky views are ideal for stargazers. Walk to the Village, lake, and the Nat`l Forest for epic sledding & hikes. Just minutes from the ski resorts. Please be mindful of parking during snowfall-noted in house rules.
🔑 Check In:
Welcome to your A-Chalet property. There will be a number provided for check in service prior to arrival for you to call and receive code details between 1PM-7PM on day of check in to receive door code.

Parking: The top part and side part of the driveway is shared with the neighbors at 873 Cameron Drive. While you can park two cars side by side to the left of the front door/front stairs, and you can park 2 more cars (when there is no snow) in the lower lot behind the house, guests cannot park cars anywhere else or in a manner which blocks passage from the street to 873 Cameron Drive. You will be towed if are blocking passage at any time. In the winter if you have more than two cars, they can be parked for free and overnight in the public parking lot on Cameron Drive behind Oakside Restaurant. Please call A-Chalet Guest Support @ (949) 403-8005 with any questions on parking. Due to the shared driveway and legal easement, failure to comply with the parking policy may result in towing at vehicle owner`s expense. Thank you for respecting our neighbors` property and easement. A detailed Parking Information Sheet has been provided within the Guest Portal which provides visuals of acceptable parking locations.

🐶 Pet Policy:
$75 pet fee per reservation (max 2 dogs). Please follow the following guidelines:
- Please keep dogs off furniture and beds at all times.
- Keep your pet in a crate if you leave the premises.
- Please clean up after your pet.
- Please note: There are no cats allowed. Thanks for understanding.

🗑 Trash:
All trash must be bagged up and taken offsite to the free trash site located at:
- Clean Bear Site #1 at 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 or
- Clean Bear Site #2 at 39690 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.
Please note: We do charge a $60 fee per trash bag that is left behind.

🔥 Fireplace:
There are two gas fireplaces and one wood burning fireplace. Never leave the wood burning fireplace unattended, and keep the mesh gate closed at all times.

🌡Thermostat:
Set to desired temperature during your stay.
Please set at 60°F upon check out.

🧖‍♀️ Spa: (*If Applicable)
Rinse off before using hot tub to prevent oil build up
- Please note, fees may apply for a dump & fill if the spa is left excessively murky.

❄️ Snow Removal:
Shovel and salt are provided. Please use it accordingly.
Plow services will come during or after 3” of snow.

🍽 Kitchen Cleanup:
Kitchen is to be cleaned after meals, inclusive of washing and putting away the dishes that you use during your stay. Thank you!

♨️ BBQ (If Applicable): Please clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank after using the BBQ. Fees may apply if this is not done.
