The location of the room was excellent and it was clean and comfortable. We understood that there is a lot of construction going on to make the facility better and we look forward to returning when it is all done. It was nice sitting out on the chairs by the lake in the evening watching the sunset.
The sound through the door going into the room next door was louder than desired. We could hear the people talking fairly clear.

It was a nice property and easy to get to
The office wasn’t easy to get to from our unit because of the snow maybe.
The bed was messed up and had a big dip near the headboard

The location, right next to the lake.
Heating in the room is inadequate. There is only heating in the main room but not at all in the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom becomes a meat locker in the morning. Also, the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. It should not even be considered appropriate for having more than two people in the room. Also, kitchenware is not adequate either. There is no ventilation for cooking And there are only two chairs for four people. And the whole place was under construction. Overall, not too happy for the price we paid. If you advertised it, deliver what you advertised.
