Welcome to this charming 28 m² studio apartment on the first floor of Delmirani's BookApartments an ideal stay for couples, friends, or small families (2 3 guests). The open plan layout includes a comfortable queen size bed (160 cm), a cozy sitting area with a sofa bed (130 cm), a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining table everything you need for a relaxed stay in Rome.The bathroom features a bathtub, bidet, and sink perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.The true highlight? A spacious 12 m² private terrace with a stunning view of St. Peter s Basilica perfect for enjoying breakfast, a sunset aperitivo, or a romantic dinner under the Roman sky.The apartment is decorated in bright, welcoming colors and comes with air conditioning to keep you comfortable. Our friendly team is always on hand to make sure you have everything you need for a memorable stay.
Easy to reach entrance to the condominium, in the enclosed courtyard there are parking spaces (on request for 10eur/night). The building has a lift.
Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible. On request, I can gladly order a reliable shuttle from the airport which costs less than a normal taxi. The proximity of the station of San Pietro is certainly very advantageous for connections to the airport and Termini station. Noise sensitive people might feel disturbed. A tourist tax must be paid to the City Council of Rome it's 6,00 EUR per guest per night, to be paid directly through Airbnb during the online booking process. parking is possible upon request for 10eur per day (limited availability). to be paid upon arrival. smoking allowed only on the balcony with the door nearly closed so that the smoke cannot enter the room. please be careful not to lock yourself out by closing completely the balcony door as it won't open from outside!

The apartment will be available by 14h. Check in can also be done earlier by putting your bags in the office. the guest will then be informed when the apartment is ready
