About this apartment rental
Bernini Comfort Apartment a delightful 28 m² studio apartment. A friendly bright open space apartment on the 2nd floor, furnished with great attention to detail and ideal for 2 to 3 people. This apartment has a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed for one person, a well equipped kitchenette, a dining table, TV, bathroom with bathtub and of course free Wifi. Well connected position with public transport with train station Roma S.Pietro just in front (also if not many trains pass by, but for noise sensitive people might be disturbing. at night only very few trains.). many shops close by, supermarket only 2 minutes walk. Parking 10eur per day. Pets are welcome! Elevator available .
Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible. On request, I can gladly order a reliable shuttle from the airport which costs less than a normal taxi. The proximity of the station of San Pietro is certainly very advantageous for connections to the airport and Termini station. Noise sensitive people might feel disturbed. A tourist tax must be paid to the City Council of Rome it's 6,00 EUR per guest per night, to be paid directly through Airbnb during the online booking process. parking is possible upon request for 10eur per day (limited availability). to be paid upon arrival. smoking allowed only on the balcony with the door nearly closed so that the smoke cannot enter the room. please be careful not to lock yourself out by closing completely the balcony door as it won't open from outside!
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony parties are not allowed only booked persons are allowed to stay in the apartment silence from 22h to 7h on arrival the rental contract must be signed on arrival you have to pay the tourist tax of 6,00 à night à person (exempt children under 10 years old) there is the possibility to park on request on our property for 10 à night to be paid in cash on arrival. The apartment will be available by 14h. Check in can also be done earlier by putting your bags in the office. the guest will then be informed when the apartment is ready
Just 100 meters from the apartment, there is the Stazione San Pietro train station with bus stop 64, which goes through the center to the Termini train station. The metro station of line A "Ottaviano" is about 25 minutes walk away. The area is also home to numerous supermarkets, banks, shops, fruit market and doctors and pediatricians.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and has many amenities. A well equipped kitchenette with all basic ingredients such as coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, tea towels and kitchen roll is also available. The bathroom has bidet, toilet, sink and shower.
I am available 24h / 7 days a week for all concerns and wishes of my guests. I am happy to give tips that will make your stay in Rome an unforgettable experience.

We spent three days in Rome, and we stayed here all three nights. It's a great apartment with a small balcony looking out toward the Vatican. We had coffee out there every morning! The bathroom is smaller than others we've been in while in Europe, but it had everything we needed. The best part of this stay was the fresh baked goods (croissants or bread) that could be left at your door every morning. In addition, there is filter water available for free along with snacks daily. One thing to note, this apartment is at the top of a hill, so anyone with disabilities or issues going uphill may have problems with this location. Overall, this is an excellent place!!

This property has a great little balcony looking out towards the Vatican, which is an easy walk. Other tourist sites in Rome are more distant and not an easy walk, but then again I am in my mid 70s.
However, you are well-looked after here with little "breakfast" gifts, water still or effervessed, maps to find your way, an easy laundry, etc.
