please note that the building can only be accessed from outside through some stairs. inside the building there is an elevator to the fifth floor, however, you need to walk up another floor to access the apartment. No parties or events are allowed. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible. Check in is possible anytime as we have also the option for a self check in. however, we are always keen on welcoming our guests personally therefore we kindly ask you to inform us in due time of your time of arrival. On request, we can gladly order a reliable shuttle from the airport which costs less than a normal taxi. The proximity of the station of San Pietro is certainly very advantageous for connections to the airport and Termini station. Noise sensitive people might feel disturbed. A tourist tax must be paid to the City Council of Rome it's 3.50 EUR per guest per night, to be paid directly through Airbnb during the online booking process. parking is possible upon request for 10eur per day (limited availability). to be paid upon arrival. smoking allowed only on terrace

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony parties are not allowed only booked persons are allowed to stay in the apartment silence from 22h to 7h on arrival the rental contract must be signed on arrival you have to pay the tourist tax of 3,50 à night à person (exempt children under 10 years old) there is the possibility to park on request on our property in the house in front in Via del Lago Terrione 45 for 10 à night to be paid in cash on arrival. The apartment will be available by 14h. Check in can also be done earlier by putting your bags in the office. the guest will then be informed when the apartment is ready

We're located right besides the San Pietro Station, so easy commute from the Fiumicino airport, and there's also bus no. 64, whic takes you to Termini train station.

Bedroom with 160cm wide double bed, ensuite bathroom separated by a glass wall. Living room with sofa bed (130cm wide). Kitchen with all necessary utensils, larger wardrobe in the entrance. Breathtaking view of St. Peter's Basilica from the private 90sqm terrace furnished with seating and dining table. Absolutely secure parking on request directly on private property, which is secured with an automatic gate (just a few meters distant from the apartment).

I live closeby: PARKING AND CHECK IN at Via del Lago Terrione 45, whilst the apartment itself is located at Clivio Monte di Gallo 58D. From July 1, 2018 onward, we are obliged to ask our guests to pay the tourist tax to the City Council of Rome it's 3.50 EUR per guest per night, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Our stay at the Delmirani apartment across from St. Peter's Basilica was truly incredible. From the awesome communication to Veronica and her colleague greeting us with smiles and a bottle of Prosecco and then helping us with our bags - our check-in was flawless! The pastel views from the terrace during sunset as we sipped wine were truly incredible. To rate our visit here as a 10 would be a disservice to how wonderful a time we had. The elevator to just below our apartment was also very welcome after a long day of walking. We put coins into the Trevi Fountain and the myth says we will be returning to Rome. When we do - we know exactly where we are staying? Thanks so much to the entire Delmirani team!

We decided to spend a few days in Rome at the end of a Mediterranean cruise and wanted a place that would make the stay special. This delivered across the board. It was perfectly located near the Vatican and the views have to be experienced to be believed. I always worry if pictures might be enhanced, but the actual views from the patio were more spectacular than the pictures. Highly recommended.

Amazing view of the Vatican. We spent a lovely and relaxing few days at the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and the handover was well done. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Hospitality + ! The location of flat was super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. I would recommend this flat with amazing views to anyone . Owners were very helpful and went out of their way to help us navigate Rome
