Located on the small port of Magouër, it offers a superb view of the Ria, facing Etel. With an independent entrance, it is on the first floor of a family house facing east, south (Ria) and West, with direct access to the pedestrian quay.
The 100m2 apartment (Carrez law) is very comfortable, bright all year round, cosy with its wood stove in low season.
The apartment (renovated in 2024) has a bright living room of 35m2 with living room, fitted kitchen and small balcony, three bedrooms. Its entrance is independent, with an internal staircase, you have the use of a private parking lot and a private garden very protected.
The accommodation and the environment are suitable for families with children. Pets allowed.

A panorama open to the Ria, the accommodations are close to the beaches (on the Ria at 50 m and ocean at 800m) and children's games. A boat with ferryman ensures the crossing with Etel from mid-April to mid-September.

- The dining area and the fitted kitchen open onto a small balcony facing west (table and 2 chairs) / Extendable table (4 to 6 people), crockery for 12 people, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
* A sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), a bathroom:
- Bedroom 1 (10m2) and bedroom 2 (11m2) with a southern view of the Ria.
