About this apartment rental
Our lovingly renovated farmhouse is located in a quiet setting in the hamlet of Timls at 1,050 meters above sea level, about a 5-minute drive from Arzl.
Our house faces south and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Pitztal mountains and the surrounding area.

We are a partner of the Pitztal Summer Card 2026 (June 4 through October 18, 2026)!
Our alpacas call the pastures around our farm home. Our sheep spend the summer in the alpine pastures and the colder months in the barn.

Our newly renovated apartment offers 75m² of comfortable and lovingly furnished living space.
All rooms in the living and sleeping areas feature high-quality hardwood floors. The open-concept kitchen offers plenty of space for dining, relaxing, and unwinding. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, electric stove, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. We also provide a kettle, a drip coffee maker, and a capsule coffee machine for your convenience.

After a wonderful day of vacation in the Pitztal Valley, snuggle up in the evening in our cozy beds, made from the high-quality wool of our own alpacas—organic and made in Austria.
