About this apartment rental
Our family-run vacation rental is located in the hamlet of Timls at an elevation of 1,050 meters above sea level, just outside the town of Arzl in the Pitztal Valley, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the Tyrolean mountains.The spacious and bright vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor with its own entrance and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. It’s an ideal starting point for exploring the ski and hiking areas in the Pitztal, as well as the surrounding valleys and the state capital, Innsbruck. It’s the perfect starting point for motorcyclists looking to tackle various mountain passes.
Non-smoking apartment. No parties or pets allowed.
We are accessible only by private vehicle. Snow chains may be required in winter. The nearest bus stop is located 600 m further down the road. From there, you can take the public ski and hiking bus.
Rauthhof Pitztal (1–6 people):
The 105 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via an outdoor staircase with its own entrance. After a brisk climb, you’ll be rewarded with a magnificent panoramic view of the Tyrolean mountains. It features three bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with two single beds (90x200 cm each). Another bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm). Up to 2 cribs are available upon request. Kitchen with refrigerator (including freezer), dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and SodaStream. Living room with satellite TV, couch, recliner, and fireplace. Furnished balcony, infrared sauna for exclusive use.
On-site costs: Pitztal Summer Card: As a partner of the Pitztal Summer Card, from June through October, starting with your first night, you can enjoy 16 attractions and 4 bonus partners—including mountain railways in the Pitztal and surrounding areas—as well as other free admissions.Ski storage at Hochzeiger in winter: Ski storage for 4 sets of skis/snowboards included.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
