For your vacation in Jerzens, our three vacation apartments are located at the entrance to the town in a quiet area; the town center is just a 5-minute walk away. The ski and hiking bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the vacation apartments.
The spacious apartments feature two separate bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and a bathroom with a shower or bathtub. Our three vacation apartments, each accommodating 2–6 people, are comfortably and family-friendly furnished. Two apartments feature a large balcony on the south and west sides of the house. In the ground-floor apartment, you can relax on the south-facing terrace with outdoor furniture.
Next to our vacation apartments is a large green area with a swing, sandbox, and play facilities for children.
We provide a heated ski storage room at the Hochzeiger Bergbahnen free of charge for your skis and ski boots.

Vacation Rental:

Our building features one vacation rental of approximately 65 m² on each floor. Each of these units is fully equipped with a kitchen-living room, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom.
The kitchen features a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, standard dishes, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The kitchen-living room also features a cozy, spacious seating area with a view of the flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub or shower, a sink, a hair dryer, and a toilet. Fresh hand and bath towels are provided free of charge.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed.



On-site costs: We provide a heated ski storage room at the Hochzeiger Bergbahnen free of charge for your skis and ski boots. Upon request, you can use a bread roll delivery service for a fee. Free parking is available directly at the house. We charge EUR 10.00 per night for your pet.



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
