Our farm is located in the center of Arzl in the Pitztal Valley. We lovingly restored this 19th-century farmhouse in 2014. In 2017, the “Ötztal Deluxe” vacation apartment was newly built in the apartment building. All rooms and bathrooms have been redesigned. The three vacation apartments accommodate 2 to 8 people and are equipped with all amenities, such as cable TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchens are fully equipped to meet every need. From dishwashers and microwaves to laundry and cleaning supplies, everything is provided. The central location means that a grocery store, bakery, restaurants, pizzeria, doctor’s office, pharmacy, and bank are all within about 100 meters. The stop for the free ski and hiking bus is only about 50 meters from the accommodation.
A breakfast egg from our farm’s own chickens, as well as “Schmacki” potatoes from the Flierelerhof for a delicious dinner, are available at the farm!

The area around Arzl, located in the Kaunergrat Nature Park region, offers wonderful hiking opportunities—including snowshoeing in winter—and serves as a starting point for alpine pasture and mountain hikes.For day trips—whether for skiing in the famous Tyrolean ski resorts or, in summer, for excursions along the famous high-Alpine roads—the Flierelerhof’s location at the entrance to the Pitztal Valley, just 5 km from the A12 highway, is simply ideal.
