    I had a genuinely pleasant stay at Beige Hotel. The room itself was simple and not luxurious, but it was clean, comfortable, affordable, and offered excellent value for money. The standout for me was the staff. Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were always approachable and seemed genuinely happy to assist. The biggest surprise was the bed. The bed sheets were honestly some of the best I've ever slept on. They were incredibly soft, silky, cool to the touch and felt very clean. I actually asked the staff what material they were made of because I wanted to buy the same ones for myself. They took the time to help me find out, which I really appreciated. Another nice touch was the large smart TV in the room. It made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The room door has to be shut quite forcefully before it locks properly, so throughout the day you constantly hear doors slamming as guests come and go. The soundproofing also isn't the best. One morning, the housekeeping staff were cleaning the room next to mine and there was quite a bit of banging noise, which disturbed my sleep. That said, I mentioned it to the receptionist when I bumped into him by the lift, and he immediately relayed the feedback to the housekeeping team. I really appreciated how quickly they took the concern seriously instead of brushing it aside. Overall, the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the bed, and the excellent value more than made up for the minor issues. I would happily stay at Beige Hotel again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable stay.

    Amazing hotel with wonderful staff! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. They happily kept my luggage after check-out, and the reception team gave me great recommendations for a nail salon and spa. A special thank you to the manager who helped me with transportation when I had an issue with my Grab before my flight. I don’t know his name, but his kindness meant so much to me. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel! 🤍🤍🤍🥰🥰🥰
