Living & Sleeping:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.
The modern living and sleeping area features a high-quality box-spring bed as well as a sleeper sofa for an additional person. A smart TV and free Wi-Fi are available for relaxing evenings.
Kitchen & Amenities:
The new, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want: A stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes and cooking utensils are provided—perfect for self-catering.

Visitor’s tax: €1.80 per person per night; children ages 6–15: €0.80.
On-site charges: A 50% deposit is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made 14–7 days before arrival incur a charge of 50% of the total cost; cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival incur a charge of 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. A visitor’s tax of 1.80 euros per person per night will be charged separately. Additional fees: Coin-operated washer/dryer. Included in the room rate are bed linens, towels, dish towels, indoor pool access, internet (Wi-Fi), and the Allgäu-Walser Card with many discounts.
