About this apartment rental
We warmly welcome you to our vacation rental. The apartment offers plenty of space for up to 4 people, is located on the 1st floor, and has a separate entrance. Surrounded by green meadows, you can enjoy restful and relaxing days on the outskirts of Oy. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. Centrally located between Kempten, Füssen, and Oberstdorf, the town is an ideal starting point in both summer and winter for excursions, hikes, bike rides, days spent swimming at the nearby lakes, or days of skiing on the cross-country trails right nearby or on the downhill slopes just a few kilometers away.
You can conveniently charge your electric car for a fee at our on-site Type 2 wallbox (11 kW).
For the duration of your stay, we’ll provide you with the Königscard, allowing you to enjoy over 200 exciting experiences in our region.

Abendsonne Vacation Rental:
Our new vacation apartment, with 55 m² of living space, is located on the 1st floor, has a separate entrance, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The cozy living area, featuring a sleeper sofa, smart TV, and an optional rollaway bed for the fourth person, invites you to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, leaves nothing to be desired. You can enjoy your meals in the bright, adjacent dining area. The vacation rental features 1 separate bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom, which has a window, features a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a bathtub, a large mirror, and a towel-drying radiator. You can access your own balcony from both the living area and the bedroom. On warm summer days, you can enjoy the beautiful evening sun there. Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house are available free of charge. You can conveniently charge your electric car for a fee using our in-house Type 2 wallbox (11 kW).
On-site fees: Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. A prepayment of 50% of the total price may be charged after booking. Payment is due in cash on-site or in advance via bank transfer (no credit card payments). Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. An extra bed can be provided upon request (for a fee of €15 per night). The visitor’s tax of €1.80 per person per night will be charged additionally on-site. The base price includes towels, bed linens, final cleaning, and the Königscard. Exclusive: Charging at the Wallbox (price upon request)
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
