The Allgäublume is located in an attic apartment building that also houses two other apartments. The building is situated right next to City Hall in the heart of Oy. From the building, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to various bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and doctors’ offices, as well as the train station. In winter, family-friendly ski resorts such as the Alpspitze in Nesselwang or Oberjoch are just 10 and 30 minutes away, respectively; those who don’t ski or snowboard can toboggan on long toboggan runs, go cross-country skiing, or take snow hikes up to the Alps. In summer, several beautiful lakes—all easily accessible by bike—invite you to relax. There’s also a high ropes course, a summer toboggan run, mini-golf, an indoor playground, and a water park just a few minutes’ drive away. You can also enjoy wonderful hiking tours of varying lengths in the nearby mountains.

The newly renovated apartment is located in the attic and, thanks to its floor level and location, offers a beautiful view of the impressive Alpine panorama all the way to the Zugspitze.
The interior design focuses on cozy wood and natural materials, blending modern and rustic styles. Many of the built-in features and pieces of furniture were handcrafted.
At the heart of the Allgäu-style apartment is the living area, featuring a cozy sofa, TV, dining area, and open kitchen with a large, bright window front and an adjoining balcony—perfect for gazing at the mountains, stars, and shooting stars on balmy summer nights.
The beautiful, naturally lit bathroom with a view features a large shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a washer and dryer.
In the kitchen, the morning sun greets you—a wonderful spot for your first cup of coffee. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and refrigerator.
The children’s room has a large skylight, so you can watch the stars even from bed.



On-site fees: A prepayment of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due in cash on-site or in advance via bank transfer. A security deposit of €150 is required upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. Cribs and extra beds are available upon request. A visitor’s tax will be charged separately on-site: 0–6 years old—free; ages 6–16: €1, ages 16 and older: €1.80, guests with disabilities ages 6–16: €0.65, guests with disabilities ages 16 and older: €1.10.
