This charming four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath cottage is the perfect retreat for your Lakeside getaway, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Each floor has its own HVAC system, allowing you to control the temperature on each level to your personal preference. The home features central air and heat throughout, ensuring comfort in every season. Parking is available in the driveway for up to two cars. Guests will love the inviting four-season front porch with tall windows, as well as the spacious rear deck and paved patio, complete with outdoor seating, a dining area, and a gas grill—ideal for family meals and gatherings. The first floor includes one bedroom with a queen bed and a convenient half bath (note: the half bath is narrow). There is also a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower downstairs. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, another with two twin beds, and a third with a twin bed plus a bunk set (twin on top, full on bottom). The second floor also includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
