Located on the 2nd floor of an early 1900s building, the apartment maintains its original character while offering modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Please note that there is no elevator, so climbing the wooden staircase is required.

The Baixa-Chiado metro station is just a short walk away, and Praça Luís de Camões is right around the corner, placing you in the perfect spot to explore the city on foot.

- Bedrooms
The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round. The decor combines modern simplicity with timeless charm, creating a serene retreat after a day in the city. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, adding extra convenience and privacy.

Additionally, there is a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed, which is accessible through one of the bedrooms.

- Living Room
The bright and inviting living room is designed for relaxation and socializing. A comfortable seating area provides the perfect spot to unwind, while the flat-screen TV offers entertainment for quieter moments. A dining table sits nearby, ideal for meals or casual gatherings.

- Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, and a Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). - Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms in the apartment - one ensuite. While the en suite bathroom has a bathtub, the other one features a shower, allowing guests to choose between a quick refresh or a relaxing soak.

Things to Keep in Mind

- No Elevator: The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible only by stairs. The wooden staircase is beautiful but requires a climb.

- Lively Neighborhood: Bairro Alto is one of Lisbon’s most vibrant areas, known for its nightlife. Expect some noise, especially on weekends and late nights.

- Historic Charm, Modern Stay: While the apartment has been updated for comfort, it still retains its century-old character, including an old plumbing system. To keep everything running smoothly, please follow the usage guidelines provided.

- Limited Car Access: Car access is restricted to residents and taxis, meaning ride-sharing services cannot drop off at the door.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linens will be provided.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
- Late Check-In Fee.: 25€ after 22h00.
- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. - Lisbon is a historic city in continuous modernization, which may result in renovation works in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may occur during your stay.
