Designed for convenience and everyday comfort, this ground-floor apartment offers a well-organized space ideal for short or extended stays. The bedroom features two double beds, one of them a pull-out trundle-style bed, along with a combined living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom, creating a practical and welcoming environment.
Important payment and access information:
We do not use Booking’s payment processor, therefore the reservation payment must be made via bank transfer. A security deposit is also required and will be proportional to the total reservation amount. The booking is considered confirmed only once both the reservation payment and the deposit have been completed.
To grant access to the property, guests must complete an arrival form (ID and Selfie) and sign a short-term rental agreement. Failure to complete these requirements will result in NO access being granted to the property.

Located on the ground floor of a four-level building, this apartment places you right in the heart of La Condesa’s distinctive atmosphere. The interior combines vintage-inspired details with contemporary design, capturing the artistic and laid-back spirit that defines the area. The apartment offers a stable, high-capacity connection that supports both remote work and leisure, making it easy to stay productive or unwind after a day around the city.

Important: To be granted access to the apartment, it is mandatory to complete the check-in and check-out forms provided by the host after booking and to sign the rental agreement provided by the host. Without completing these steps, access CANNOT be granted.
Guest Access:
To maintain a comfortable indoor climate, the room is fitted with fans. During your downtime, you can relax using available streaming platforms.
The bedroom is arranged with two double beds, and upon request (subject to availability), an inflatable mattress can be provided.
An optional mid-stay cleaning service is available for an additional cost. Inside the refrigerator, you’ll find a selection of snacks and beverages offered for purchase, ideal for your arrival or late-night cravings.
This is a non-smoking property designed to preserve a calm, family-oriented environment; events or parties are not permitted.
