Located in Condesa Neighborhood, you’ll be surrounded by cafes, restaurants, parks, and loads of history and hidden jwelles that will keep you amazed.

Stay in this beautiful and cozy two-bedroom apartment with a small studio on the second floor.
On the first floor, you'll find the main bedroom with a private bathroom and a second bedroom with two queen beds; the common area, with a full bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make something delicious with local and fresh products that you'll find in the neighborhood markets.
On the second floor, you get to the roof garden and the studio, where you will find a sofa bed and everything needed to keep working while on vacation or sunbathing with a refreshing drink.
The apartment has a private rooftop, high-speed WI-FI connection, Smart TV, safe, black-outs and washer/dryer.

We had a wonderful stay at Z3. Great location La Condesa. There is a wonderful cafe/sandwicheria right on the corner 3 doors down. The HostMe Tender hosts were very responsive to our questions and requests during our two week stay.

The place was clean and in a nice neighborhood. One opportunity is the access to the roof top as there is no railing for the stairs Other than that great place to stay with plenty of things to do within walking distance and if going further it seemed every place we went was about a 30 minute Uber ride

This beautiful apartment located in La Condesa is perfect. The two bedrooms are spacious and beds are extremely comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, except for a full length mirror for outfit checks, but that is mild inconvenience. The neighborhood is perfectly located with dozens of restaurant and coffee options, and is easily walkable to the Walmart Express, pharmacy, and other neighborhoods in CDMX. I highly recommend this location for your stay.

We came to CDMX, for a first time visit, as a family of seven. This apartment was so wonderful! We loved the accommodations- the upstairs room was perfect for teenagers- for sleep and as a space to hang out. The beds were very comfortable and the rooftop deck was awesome. The location is incredible! So much within walking distance- parks, restaurants, street food, stores, coffee, metro station. A perfect location! Everyone we met was friendly and we felt very safe not only in the building but in the neighborhood.
