Modern Detached Studio - close to St Vincent Hospital & city & Gabbinbar

It was very easy to book and in a quiet location. It was spacious, comfortable, private and provided everything we needed for our stay. Easy parking, walking distance to Picnic Point and parks. This place is a little gem, just like a small apartment hidden behind a humble entry. Kitchen is well equipped. Hosts have provided a much better option to staying in a motel.

Painting not completed in the bathroom and would have preferred a towel bathmat to a rubber one.

A modern touch with everything that you may require in a tiny home and this studio matches all facilities at your disposals, reliable Wi-Fi and very clean environment. Security and feeling safe with the vehicle being parked close to detached studio with closed gate. Central and close to all facilities around i.e. Petrol stations, supermarkets and health medical centres and similar expected in the broad CBD. LOVE THE ELECTRIC RECLINERS, clean and very comfy. Very enjoyable stay. Had a functional tiny kitchen with stove, microwave and dishwasher full fridge. Washing machine and the comfit of the aircon and ceiling fans. Clothesline a few steps away and bathroom more spacious than expected. Danish beer in the fridge, Extra blankets if wanted.

The bed is quite stiff, but hey it's new and still okay and for 1 night. Just be prepared for a good stretch out in the morning.
