Entire holiday house 4 bedrooms

Such a great property!! Located in a quiet safe area with lots of space for family. We had two kids and 6 adults stay and we all loved our time at this property!!

After a 4 hour drive from Childers, it was nice surprise to walk into the very relaxing atmosphere of the house. Along with the continual

Positives: - Communication was great before the stay- It was safe and in a good location- Relatively clean indoors- The property listing pictures were pretty accurate - maybe not the yard so much or the cot availability.- It was great for pets. We had 2 adult mini dachshunds and they were fine within the back area.- good ventilation and aircon- tv streaming was good - no problem to use- the toys and books were a nice addition and entertainment for young children- garage area was good for 2 vehicles to park under cover.Negatives (could be nit picking but just so you’re aware):- Despite being told the cot is available, there was no cot to be seen - my baby had to sleep on a mattress on the floor with pillows propped around her.- despite good communication before the stay, there was no communication during, support for the missing cot, and even after the stay - The message hasn’t been seen or replied to.- the front yard wasn’t mowed and there was mid shin length high grass and overgrown bushes.- the bins were overflowing with rubbish when we arrived. - parts of the back yard weren’t mowed and the grass was at least knee high- the linen was all mis-matched and quite basic- The lounge was very visibly dirty or old? Not sure but it was brown.- the house is mid renovations it seems. New second bathroom and laundry extensions.- although there were toys, many were very old and worn (the dolls were scarily old), broken, missing pieces, ripped etc
