Great place to stay in Toowoomba. We were there during ex cyclone Alfred and were comfortable, dry, and it was quiet. We even kept power while other areas in Toowoomba didn't. No flooding issues. The only issue was a fridge that really didn't cool, but we told the owners so it's probably not an issue now. The house was comfy, suitable for a group of 5 women, and close to places for us to enjoy. I'd stay there again if needed.

The size of the property was very suitable for our family. The location was convenient. The beds were comfortable.
The fabric couch had a lot of stains on it. It either needs to be properly cleaned or replaced with a leather(type) couch. The leather couch had some type of grit/powder on it. There were black hairs on glasses in the cupboard and on bathroom walls. The throw blankets on the end of the beds need washing as do the cushion covers.
