Ottima posizione fuori porta a pochi passi a piedi dal centro. Vicinissimo ampio parcheggio gratuito. Appartamento nuovo, pulizia accurata, spazi ampi e luminosi, attrezzato di elettrodomestici e stoviglie. Macchinetta per il caffè con capsule di cortesia. La camera matrimoniale (uso singola) in cui ho soggiornato molto ariosa e arredata gradevolmente in stile orientale/giapponese. Fantastica la porta finestra di accesso al balcone condiviso veramente spazioso e confortevole con tavolinetto e sedie relax per uno stacco dallo stress, affaccia su chiome di alberi. Il balcone per me è stato il punto forte dell' appartamento che gode di silenzio e massima funzionalità. Accoglienza puntuale e gentilissima. Se ritornerò a Reggio Emilia volentieri soggiornerò in questa struttura. Consigliato!
Non ho messo 10 in quanto non è inclusa la colazione e il bagno è in condivisione. In ogni caso io mi sono trovata benissimo

I had a wonderful stay at B&B Olimpia. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, quiet yet close to everything I needed. The host, Emilian, was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available to help. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home.
Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded my expectations.
