I stayed here for a few days, and I can't speak highly enough of the accommodation and the owner. Everything was perfect, lovely and comfortable bed. The room was spotless, spacious and warm. The bathroom was again spotless, and spacious. Kitchen had everything you needed to be self reliant. Now the owner, was such a gentleman, checked in on us and even give me some of his homemade olive oil, I would almost come back to Reggio Emilia just to stay here. All the best with your project

Una scoperta incredibile a Reggio Emilia: cuore, qualità e posizione perfetta.
​Testo della recensione: Ci tengo davvero a scrivere due righe su questo posto, perché il B&B Olimpia a Reggio Emilia è stata una sorpresa magnifica. Dietro a questa struttura c'è Emilian, un ragazzo giovane che ho avuto il piacere di conoscere e che, con tantissimi sacrifici e duro lavoro, ha creato un ambiente che supera di gran lunga tanti hotel costosi in cui sono stato. ​La posizione è incredibile: si trova vicinissimo alla Stazione Centrale e al centro storico, tanto che la sera ho raggiunto il centro storico piedi in 5 minuti o meno. Altro punto a favore fondamentale: nei pressi del palazzo c'è parcheggio gratuito, una comodità rara. ​La struttura è nuova, curata e pensata benissimo. Anche se cucina e bagni sono in condivisione, non pesa affatto perché la pulizia è impeccabile e tutto è molto pratico. Ho riposato benissimo: materassi super comodi e lenzuola di altissima qualità (dettagli che fanno la differenza). Nella cucina condivisa mi sono preparato una pasta al volo trovando già le basi pronte (olio, sale, ecc.), Un gradita sorpresa è stata la macchina del caffè. Emilian ha messo a disposizione delle cialde di ultima generazione che non avevo mai visto: il caffè era così buono che me lo sono gustato con calma sull'enorme terrazzo della struttura. Anche se era inverno, non ho resistito a uscire perché lo spazio è grazioso, curato e illuminato in modo davvero accogliente. ​Si percepisce proprio lo stampo della persona che c’è dietro a quella cura. Emilian si è fermato a chiacchierare con me raccontandomi la sua storia, i sacrifici fatti per aprire il b&b e questo ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Scegliete questo B&B se cercate una base perfetta in centro a Reggio Emilia. Dovendo tornare in futuro per lavoro, ritornerò sicuramente qui. Grazie Emilian, è stato un piacere!
