Great family accommodation

Large apartment, great for family stay. Super comfortable beds, black out blinds and quiet for a good nights rest. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. One of the most powerful showers I’ve ever had which was refreshing after a long journey! Secure car parking, only a few mins walk to town centre and well connected to the region by train or car. We received a very warm welcome, with support and recommendations throughout our stay.

Great place for a family stay in Reggio Emilia

The location is great! Cleanliness and convenient off-street parking with 24/7 access. Quiet area and good blinds helped with recovery nights of good sleep. 1 air conditioning unit topped up with multiple fans has been essential in the hot 🔥 Italian summer.

Only issue: The current electrical load is clearly over the capacity of the distribuitiob board. Basically, we got to choose what to keep on: washing machine OR AC Unit OR Dryer OR Dishwasher, but we managed it with a bit of help (quick and friendly) from the host.

The really good staying place for family in Reggio

The rooms are really clean and wide enough for our family with four people. All tablewares and cooking items are set so it was really good to stay for some days. Also, the location is nice, by the park, so also good place for family with kids and very near to the city center. The Reggio Emilia town itself was very interesting more than I expected so good for shopping and eating as well. Thank you very much for waiting when we checking in at the really late night. The man we talked was very kind.

It was because my e-sim problem may be but sometimes really hard to send message to the host because I have to connect Booking.com app all the time and cannot send back directly to the host. It would be really helpful if the host tell me the direct email address. Also when we checkout, we have to put the key on the table, but also we have to use the key to go out the gate, so it would be also helpful if you tell us the way to go out without the key to go out the gate as well.

I would definitely love to stay again.

The apartment was perfect for an extended stay, group or family. A very peaceful home base. Modern and clean with everything I needed. It is very walkable to everything and across from a lovely park through which is the centro historico. The neighbors and hosts are very friendly and helpful!

The terrace door is a little tricky.

Stan je u potpunosti opremljen i svi uređaji su funkcionirali, od kuhinje do kupaone. Isto tako je grijanje bilo odlično, pa je u cijelom stanu bilo ugodno toplo. Privatni parking, k tomu centar je u blizini i sve se može obaviti bez automobila.

Schöne sehr geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage

Sehr große Wohnung in guter, zentraler Lage. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist super. Patrizio hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch beim Check out begleitet. Waschmaschine und Trockner haben sehr gut funktioniert. Bett war sehr bequem, Bad schön groß.

Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett wären noch super in der Ausstattung

Bonito, bien situado.

Muy cerca del centro, tiene todo lo necesario, aparcamiento, bonita decoración, camas cómodas. Todo muy bien, nos recibió Patrizio y fue muy amable tuvo el detalle de poner el aire acondicionado antes de que llegáramos ya que era un día de mucho calor. Un detalle de agaradecer.
