The beds were comfortable, the shared spaces were clean and well looked after. It's got a convenient location. The shared kitchen has a lot of plates and glasses and silverware.

The room was claustrophobic, a little damp, badly ventilated, and a single AC doesn't *really* solve the issue completely. The cupboards had a strong, unpleasant smell inside. The shared corridors are badly ventilated and dark. The only "window" in the room was a tiny, gassy-glass window high on one of the walls, leading to *another* room, where presumably there was an actual window to the outside, since there was some light in the early morning. A lot of things seemed barely holding. Terrace door was hard to lock and unlock, the room's door handle was barely attached. Shower door was wobbly. The shared kitchen is not stocked with trash bags, and has barely enough cleaning supplies and yet a request to clean up after yourself could very much use both. The paper towel dispenser there was empty. There's a lot of cupboard space in the kitchen that's just completely empty. I didn't mind the unfairly hidden surprise of the collateral fee that much, but getting it back shouldn't involve and extra step of sharing personal banking information, could have simply refunded the original payment. And the last thing is not property's fault - there were always trash on the sidewalk to the entrance (see picture), carried over by wind.
