Bol som veľmi spokojní. Personál bol veľmi milý, ochotný a ústretový . Aj keď sa vyskytol menší problém z mojej strany, riešili ho profesionálne, a s veľkou snahou všetko vyriešiť k spokojnosti. Oceňujem prístup, komunikáciu aj ochotu pomôcť. Ubytovanie bolo príjemné a určite budem ich služby využívať na pracovné cesty v budúcnosti .

Pokoj byl čistý, moderně vybavený. Samoobslužný proces byl velmi praktický.
Před získáním kódu od schránky na klíče bylo třeba vyplnit formulář a zaplatit kauci 2500 Kč. Peníze byly v plné výši vráceny za 4 dny od data příjezdu, takže vše v pořádku. Možná je to moje chyba, že jsem si této podmínky nevšimla, ale rozhodně jsem s tím nebyla spokojena a znovu bych do takového zařízení nejela. Lokace také nebyla úplně nejlepší, sice kousek od centra, ale v noci bych tam úplně sama nechodila (což ovšem není chyba ubytování).

Veľmi málo úložného priestoru (žiadna skriňa, ani komoda) Jeden toaletný papier pre dve osoby na 5dní. Žiaden cukor, soľ, ani káva. Bez sprchového gélu. Príšerné teplo (bez klimatizácie).
