Nacho Apartments

- De jongedame aan de telefoon heeft ons steeds heel snel geholpen (geluidsoverlast, nieuwe deurcode doorsturen en het bezorgen van een weegschaal voor onze baggage). Heel behulpzaam personeel! - Ruim en net appartement. Je kan dagelijks (gratis) kuisen aanvragen. - Rustige, moderne locatie die dicht bij het centrum ligt maar niet te druk is. Er zijn voldoende winkels nabij voor boodschappen. - We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en komen zeker nog eens terug! Heel erg bedankt!

- Belangrijke informatie: de algemene deurcode van het gebouw is slechts (ongeveer) zes dagen geldig. Schrik dus niet als je plots niet binnen kan. Contacteer op tijd het personeel voor een nieuwe code zodat je niet wordt buiten gesloten.

Apartament nou amb tot allò necessari per una estada. El nostre apartament tenia dos llits individuals, molt comodes encara que una mica més amples haurien sigut de 10. L'apartament es agradable i molt tranquil. Aire acondicionat fantàstic, planxa i estenedor, Xampú i gel al bany, assecador... Fan canvi de tovalloles cada dia. Hem hagut de contactar dos o tres cops i han respost molt ràpid via WhatsApp. Hem estat molt a gust. A prop hi ha un forn de pa fabulós i un supermercat i restaurant fantàstics. Una estada molt agradable. Recomano 100%

Caldria afegir a les fotos de l'allotjament la foto de l'exterior, el taxista no sabia on deixar-nos i va ser inquietant durant uns minuts. Si no arriba a ser per un missatge casualment de Yandex(empresa del taxi), no hauríem sabut on havíem d'anar. Hem tingut la porta de l'armari del wc trencada (no acaba de tancar) i aigua regalimant el terra i ens van dir que vindria algú i no ha aparegut ningu a arreglar-ho en 10 dies. Apartament 101. Al matí surt el sol molt aviat i les cortines no acaben de segellar tota la finestra així que entra llum pel voltant. Estaria molt bé que les cortines gruixudes siguin més amples per assegurar que no entra llum. L'aixeta de l'aigua fa molt soroll. Quan l'apartament del costat obria L'aixeta la sentiem molt forta fins al punt que ens ha arribat a despertar. Son coses solucionables si voleu ser allotjament de més de 9 de nota.

I loved everything about this property

The apartment is very nice, clean, cozy and there are a lot of various shops and cafes around. It is located in a brand new and modern building. You can easily pick a taxi right next to the entrance, and there are several bus stops around. It was generally comfortable staying there, quiet and safe. The wifi is stable and fast, there's everything you need - a fridge, a microwave, utencils, a kettle, a washing mashine, a small ironing board and an iron. There were bottles of still water, tea, coffee - thank you to the host! It's a very thoughtful touch, expecially for the guests who arrive late and all the shops are closed. The QR code doesn't work sometimes, but there is a code as well, it works.

I wouldn't say I didn't like something, the hosts did a great job - everything was nice, but I'd like to share a few tips to improve the stay for future guests. For the host - you can buy some washing mashine capsules or a detergent for the guests, for 1-2 uses. Otherwise you have a washing machine but you don't have anything to wash your clothes with, and you wouldn't buy the whole detergent pack especially when you're staying for a couple of days. Another small thing is the shower door which doesn't close tightly and the water still spills outside the shower area. It's not that bad, and there's a drain in the middle of the shower room, but it can get slippery and dangerous if the water doesn't go away completely. May be there'a way to fix this detail. Again, nothing critical - but the things above would make the stay even more pleasant!
