Mini Loft cosy - Plein cœur du Cours Julien

Location is great - in the middle of Cours Julien with great soundproofing so noise was never a problem. Host was communicative and helpful. The kitchenette had everything we needed.

The bathroom could use a bit of updating as it felt a bit dingy. The shower is small and there are some interesting construction choices.

Great location, good size of the room and bed was comfortable.

The bathroom isn't great. The shower is tiny, and the plimbing for the toilet, left a large open hole in the wall, where pest or rodents could get in. Some minor repairs and it could be perfect.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo e il proprietario è stato davvero gentile

Purtroppo anche se la casa era davvero pulita, ogni giorno trovavamo scarafaggi che camminavano per la stanza. Non so se provenissero dalla porta di ingresso che non appoggia pienamente a terra o dal bagno dove era presente un buco nell’ angolo. La camera è in una delle vie principali di Marsiglia, quindi è da considerare il rumore fino alle 3 di notte nel weekend (se si chiudono le finestre è fattibile ma con 40 gradi e solo un ventilatore saremmo finite bollite vive) e gente ubriaca e che fa i propri bisogni di fronte al muro. È ben collegata con i mezzi ed il proprietario è stato davvero gentile con noi però l’unica pecca tremenda per noi è stata la lotta ogni sera per uccidere gli scarafaggi e la paura di ritrovarceli nel letto.
