Das Personal war TOP, freundlich und sehr kommunikativ. Das Frühstück sehr auswahlreich. Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben.

The staff was extremely helpful very knowledgeable and amazing people always smiling and asking if everything was okay there was security outside 24/7 we felt very safe in the hotel and out amazing hotel to go with kids family or solo. I’m very happy ! View 10/10 only 20 metres away from the beach
Breakfast it was very poor everyday same things but the staff was very nice .

Уборка номеров. Чище, чем в других албанских отелях
Я бронировала самый дорогой вариант номера- двухуровневые апартаменты. В итоге нас заселили в другие. В другой корпус. Номера старые, в лифте дешевый ароматизатор воздуха с которым невозможно ехать. В номере люкс нет ни одного зеркала, кроме в ванной над раковиной. Телевизор старой модели. На 2 ночь заселили сверху компанию неизвестно сколько человек, которая до 5 утра 2 ночи просто устраивала вечеринку. Сотрудники отеля никак не реагировали
