Δεν διαθέτει πρωινό. Ωστόσο υπάρχουν σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών πολλές επιλογές για υπέροχο πρωινό. Επίσης το διαμέρισμα έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και υπάρχουν πάρα πολύ κοντά super market. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, μόλις 3 λεπτά από εκεί που θα σας αφήσει το πλοίο. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι υπέροχη και το διαμέρισμα πολύ ευρύχωρο με όλες τις παροχές.
Το μόνο θέμα για το οποίο βέβαια δεν φταίει ο οικοδεσπότης είναι τα περίπου 20 σκαλοπάτια που πρέπει να ανέβει κάποιος μέχρι την είσοδο.
