Τρομερή φιλοξενία από τους οικοδεσπότες! Ήταν όλα φανταστικά, μάλιστα η οικοδέσποινα αφιέρωσε αρκετό χρονο για μας προτείνει μέρη για επίσκεψη. Δίπλα στην θάλασσα κυριολεκτικά.

This is a house on the edge of Livadia port on Serifos overlooking small fields down to Livadakia beach about 5 mins walk away It is on three levels, a basement with a double bed and two singles, ground floor which is a kitchen and dining area with a few steps leading to a bathroom and main double bedroom. Outside there is a large shaded terrace and lower level paved garden, with a shower and barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge freezer, electric cooker and kettle. There is a sink and cupboards with a range of cutlery and crockery. It has several frying pans and a small saucepan. A larger saucepan would be helpful to boil rice or pasta. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The water flow for the shower is excellent from an electric water heater you need to put on for 20-30mins to heat up. Plenty of hot water for the two of us. Not sure there would be enough if a family was staying and they all had baths or showers. There is a small but effective washing machine in the bathroom and we did our washing every day. There are dryers in the garden to hang out washing. The WiFi was poor and only worked outside. We assumed the router was in the owners home which is next door. We don't think the WiFi would be adequate for families and people who go online a lot. The main doubled bed was firm and comfortable. There was an air conditioning unit in the main bedroom and in the basement. The bedroom one worked fine but had flashing lights on it which flashed all night. It didn't disturb us but might affect light sleepers. The owners house is next door so is nearby if you have questions. We didn't see much of him. We noted other reviews said he brought cakes and pies but we didn't get any! The owner met us at the port. The house is serviced every two days and there are spare bags if you want to put out toilet waste and rubbish daily.

Large saucepan needed. No microwave oven. Poor WiFi. Flashing lights on air conditioning unit.

The transport from the port to the apartment was organized personally by Stratos (the owner of the apartment). The apartment is nicely located with seaview and offers everything for a familly of 4. The sleeping room in the lower floor was very comfortable as it is cooler than the upper floor. We also appreciated the goodies (sweets and pies) from Stratos wife which were just delicious. Everything (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, beaches) is very close in walking distance!
