It would have been nicer to have a kettle in the room And a Cup(kettle up the silt sits but no cup.
It was stressful to have been told the wrong address and repeated calls to the telephone number just went into a message taker.
After half an hour the allocated person began to text me and after that it got sorted. But having travelled 2.5 hours it was anxiety provoking not knowing what to do. I needed to stay that night on my own and had no back up plan.

The room was very quiet through the night which is a blessing in London! The host was quick to reply on WhatsApp and was very helpful. There was also an iron for clothes which was very useful for a business trip.
