Casa Schiattarella Napoli

It was our first time in Naples, it was a great location, right in the heart of everything and we felt very safe at the property. It was clean and surprisingly spacious.

The only thing I would say is that they offer a washer and drying machine. But do not provide any laundry detergent, so we went out and bought some.

Ho selezionato questa struttura partendo da un filtro per "navetta aeroportuale gratuita", ma la navetta non era nè gratuita nè in ogni caso disponibile (pur avendola richiesta subito alla prenotazione). O c'è un errore nei filtri di booking oppure il problema è un altro.

Localisation is great, near Toledo metro station, close to so many attractions and many nice bars and restaurants. The appartement is in an old beautiful building. It's cozy, clean and has many comfy features mentioned in it's description. A great advantage is that the owner is so kind and helpful!

I find only two little flaws - it's quite dark because it's window overlooks a very narrow street (remember it can be an advantage in hot summer time :)) and it can be a bit loud outside at night sometimes.

For a small room, it was very efficient and clean. It was kind of cool and quirky to get into the place. The proprietor did contact me through Booking after I reserved the room the day before we came and contacted me again the day of our arrival, but I didn’t see it until the afternoon. We started using WhatsApp, which worked. When I did reach out to her, she was quick to respond.

The shower flooded the bathroom floor and it leaked out onto the bedroom floor so we had to use the towels to dry it up so we were short a towel because of it. This happens when the overhead shower was used. The flooding did not happen when the handheld was used. The Wi-Fi was terrible. It was hard just to find when I pulled up open networks, and as soon as I would log in, it would disconnect. I booked the property the day before. We needed a shuttle at 4 AM and I asked her at 8:20 the night before after we checked in which is why I wanted that property for the shuttle. She said send the transportation was unavailable, which was the whole purpose of getting that room and that I should’ve asked sooner. Lesson learned. There is a taxi area just outside the building which we were able to use. The sofa bed had no sheets to be used as a bed. So my friend slept on the couch, which didn’t have the cleanliness of having clean sheets below her back and on top. And the comforter was clean but didn’t smell as fresh. We didn’t know we needed coins to use the elevator to go up a flight and a half of stairs with our luggage. So we couldn’t use it since we didn’t have change.
