Es net i disposa de serveis bàsics tot i que no comptis en fer servir gaire la cuina. No esta preparada per fer res mes enlla d un cafe I una torrada.
Es molt sorollós a les nits durant el cap de setmana.

L'appartamento è nuovo, da poco ristrutturato e ben tenuto. Pulitissimo. Luminoso e arioso. Dotato di tutto quanto i può aver bisogno. Situato al secondo piano, con scale un pò strette. Posizione però eccellente. Presenza di locali sottostanti sia per mangiare ma anche per aperitivo, alcuni sono aperti fino a notte fonda con presenza di persone che chiacchierano. Il proprietario, Davide, è stato presente, attento, garbato e molto disponibile. Ci ha fatto sentire come 'a casa'! Assolutamente sceglierei questa soluzione se dovessi tornare a Napoli
