Bliskość kręgielni, restauracji, ułożone ręczniki w kształcie zwierzątek na łóżkach, dostępność pralki, zmywarki, telewizora, lodówki... spokojna okolica.
Brak ekspresu do kawy (mimo takowego opisu w ofercie), brak klimatyzacji, mały wentylatorek w pokoju w ogóle nie spełnia funkcji poprawiającej cyrkulację powietrza, a chłodzić wiadomo nie może..., miejsca parkingowe po 20.00 praktycznie nieosiągalne, trzeba szukać w okolicy - ok. 350 m. W mieszkaniu czuć było zapach papierosów, zagęszczenie zwłaszcza w pomieszczeniu gospodarczym - przerobiony balkon... jedyna wentylacja dla ubikacji. Być może osoba sprzątająca obiekt pali papierosy? W ubikacji osobnej brak umywalki. Brakowało niestety normalnych kubków do herbaty, kawy... dla 5 osób. Nie pozostawiono także tabletek do zmywarki.
