The room and the location
No AC. For a long stay you need more space for the luggage.

The owners tried to make the best of the bad situation. Apart from the building site pension the place was very clean and when the workers were not slamming, yelling and hammering it was a quiet place. Also there was a great breakfast and helpful wakeup service at 8 am.
It was not possible to use the room during work hours of the builders.
