Beauty-Spa Apartment

The location is perfect, with many restaurants and stores just a few minutes’ walk away. The woman who greeted us was very friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips. Communication with the hosts was also excellent throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a private bathroom. The kitchen area was fully equipped with all the essential items you need if you would like to cook. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place.

The noise from outside did not disturb us, but people who are sensitive to noise might have trouble sleeping. It was summertime, so we slept with the windows open and could hear the noise outside. However, we still slept very well.

Apartmán byl krásný, čistý, předčil očekávání. Velice romantické ubytování, velmi tiché a prostorné. Paní na nás čekala a byla velice milá a ochotná. Ubytování je velice blízko náměstí

Vchod je ze zadního traktu, jako ze dvora, kde je na ulici nepořádek. Za to ale nemůže ubytovaní. Na druhou stranu jsme tam mohli parkovat zdarma.

Das Appartment war nicht einfach zu finden,da über Hinterhof zu erreichen. Haben uns am Schönheitssalon orientiert. Die Frau am Telefon sprach kein Deutsch. Hab schnell noch mein Englisch aufgefrischt zwecks Telefonat wegen der Schlüsselübergabe.. Bei Ankunft bekamen wir kostenlosen Parkplatz und unser Schlüssel. Sehr freundlich die Dame. Zimmer in der 1.Etage sehr schön eingerichtet. Bett war super.Hab lange nicht so gut geschlafen. Nach Absprache war es möglich 1 Stunde später auszuchecken. Fanden wir sehr nett.

Unsere Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig. Einmal zu heiß und dann eiskalt. Fernsehen leider nicht auf deutsch. Eine Telefonnummer war leider nicht korrekt.Bitte nochmal nachfragen.

Great location in the centre - everything is a short walk away. The host is very pleasant and accommodating. She provided extra pillows and shampoo.

The fact that we booked a room with a private bathroom, which, turned out to be on a different floor. We were told about this after the cancellation period had expired. To go to the bathroom, you have to get dressed (there is a beauty treatment room on the same floor as the bathroom so you may come across a client or a worker) and go down a steep spiral stairs - not pleasant at any time but also less so at 4 or 5 in the morning when you don't want to turn lights on and wake others. The room is cheaply decorated - window blinds cord kept breaking and the curtains fit badly so it's hard to keep the light out in the morning. It was hot so we left the windows open as there is no option of a fan (for safety reasons??) so the morning noise of cars and people woke us up from 7 am. While everything else was clean, the floor of the room wasn't- quite a few hairs. The bed was not really comfortable either. All in all, not our best experience. However, we are in our 50s and booked this due to lack of availability in the area so maybe it's ok for younger guests as it is a good value.
