Home stay in Pasig

The house is really nice inside with fantastic lighting and chandeliers which is surprising and a nice touch with the LED lights. There are three bedrooms of which you're only able to use two. So keep that in mind. There are two bathrooms which is fantastic. But as of now the listing is only for two people. There's no way to add more people..im Not sure if they will update that on the listing. All the appliances and kitchen utensils were new and high quality with a good size refrigerator. The upstairs is extremely hot until about 2:30 in the morning. But there is a fan. However no AC up there.. Kitchen is on the top floor along with the balcony which has a great view of the area. I was able to use my starlink mini out on the porch with no problem. They had good internet installed after a few days so I didn't need the mini anymore. The Wi-Fi signal is a struggle throughout the house because it's a very well built solid concrete home. I could get Wi-Fi in the main bedroom and the side bedroom barely but I also ran another router extension down to our floor. There is great globe signal coverage throughout the house which is a really nice bonus. The owner is very reasonable and understanding. They do have Hi-Tech security cameras on each floor inside.. She did allow me to turn off the two that were the most intrusive and just leave the one on the front door. So that was really kind of her. Overall I would gladly look there again. It was exactly what I was expecting for a house in the neighborhood.

The neighborhood is really tightly packed and very noisy with children playing during the day and music at night. However I love the Philippines so it doesn't bother me. The locals were kind. The streets are very narrow and the drivers have to learn how to get in there. Usually I would use a motorcycle taxi but was able to get a car in there also. Only if they take the right streets. But it is possible to get a small car in there no problem. No hot running water in CRbut they said they were still getting that installed soon. All of the beds we're very high quality and large.

Didnt expect to stay on a whole house.🫶 So good house, so good care taker.

The informations about the house should be given after booked. so that there will be no conflict with the grab car to book and look for its location. We thought it was scam but ITS LEGIITT!!🫶🫶🫶
