The gentlemen brought water

1. double booking unit ----The gentlemen that showed up to greet us was questioning our reservation. He was insisting that their is a problem with our reservation. I showed him personally my booking confirmation and it's for 3 adults. showed him exactly what was confirmed that my reservation is for Bldg 12, 5th floor, Room 10. He was insisting that what I paid for is only for 2 Pax. He said that Bldg12, 5thfloor Rm10 is already occupied. This is a tragic situation that needed fixing. He offered us another unit Bldg 15, 3rd floor, room7. but he said it's only for 2 people. and he again insisted that I only paid for 2 Pax. I bluntly told him this issue is not my problem. its very clear that I specifically asked for 3 pax as clearly stated on y reservation. I told him, I'm not going to argue this issue right now cause were tired traveling. The gentlemen offered an extra cushion, towel and sheet. To avoid further argument, I told him, this problem of over and double booking, is not my problem. This need to be address. 2. Unit we were given is a bit unsanitary. theirs cockroaches all over (the kitchen, bathroom, living room) it's everywhere. Microwave don't work. where it's placed, no outlet, we had to find a way to hook it to an extension. 3. Bed sheets are old, stingy. They need to be replaced. 4. The outside balcony is unusable. Dirty-- its a storage.
