The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious enough for the whole family. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. The owner and caretaker were very hospitable and accommodating.
However, the area can get traffic during rush hours, especially when going to nearby places.

Modern and comfortable apartment in a traditional Filipino neighbourhood. Great facilities, with some small restaurants and local shops close by.
The noise of traffic from the road isn't great if you're a light sleeper.

Overall it's clean tidy, Great facilities, like a home away from home, host's are very accommodating, nothing is too much bother, as I'm older they arranged for people to carry my bags upstairs, local food readily available, overall great value, highly recommend as a place to stay
A few amenities, that we mentioned to them, that were small, but would improve the stay, they were very willing to hear us and take onboard any suggestions.
