The size of the place was fantastic with plenty of room to move.
Location was excellent and within a few km of many attractions making it possible to walk to many of them.

The house is clean and cozy. Kayo San is kind and friendly. She prepares snacks, juice and grapes from her vineyard! The grapes were so sweet and yummy. If I return to Matsumoto next time, I will definitely visit her vineyard!
Some of the towels have some odor smell. It would be great if all the towels can be changed intervally like every 3 months.
