La localisation est excellente, la vue sur le canal aussi. L’appartement est très bien en général, rénové, décoration de bon goût. Présence d’un ascenseur même si l’appartement est situé au 1er étage, cela reste pratique. Garage pour une voiture.
Les indications de l’agence pour trouver la place de parking, impossible depuis l’extérieur. Sur les trois chambres et le salon, les deux chambres du fond n’ont pas de climatisation, mais seulement un ventilateur, insuffisant en été. Il n y a pas 2 salles de bain comme indiqué dans l’annonce, mais 1 et 1 wc. La table de salon et une partie des ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas dimensionnés pour 5 ou 6 personnes, mais plutôt pour 3 ou 4.
