Locatie was perfect. Rustige ligging dichtbij Arenal strand. Het hele complex oogt netjes en zeer goed onderhouden.
Ook de parkeergarage was ideaal. Groot balkon met zonnescherm.
De keukenuitrusting was wat betreft serviesgoed en bestek summier.
Weinig normale koffiekopjes, theelepels, geen broodzaag, enz.
Het zijn kleine dingen maar wel irritant en makkelijk op te lossen voor de verhuurder.
Het 2 persoons bed in de slaapkamer was erg kort en smal.
Stoelen op terras slecht voor mensen met rugproblemen.
