La ubicación cercana a la playa y el piso estaba muy bien. Mobiliario completo y funcional, así como piso espacioso y limpio.
No funcionaba el ascensor ni estaba habilitada la piscina, servicios incluidos en el precio de la reserva. Nos ofrecieron un cambio a otro piso que no aceptamos por la ubicación bastante más alejada de la playa, que era lo que más nos interesaba al elegir ese piso en concreto. Regular la gestión por parte de Javea Holidays.

Ubicación inmejorable. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta, muy bien equipado, accesible con parking y salida casi directa al paseo marítimo

Spacious, well maintained, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Good location near beach and restaurants. Wood burner great for chilly evenings. Secure parking.
The lift wasn’t working when we were there and as the apartment is on the third floor, it was challenging bringing up luggage, shopping and wood for the fire.
